Let me explain here what these are and what you can expect to receive!

Plant medicine is a very broad topic that includes a lot of possibilities. So, I find it best to focus on positive states of being that you might be interested in activating. Examples would be something like earth medicine for “Clarity” or “Tranquility” or “Staying Grounded.”
I’ve combined detailed information on a specific herb (along with other herbal suggestions), flower essences or essential oils that you can look to for this purpose. I will also include suggestions on crystals, gemstones and other healing tools that aid in the process as well.

These bundles are presented as mini courses in video form that include three sessions (totaling an hour of video that includes a plant spirit meditation). You will also be given printable downloads that contain resources like books, websites and videos as well as other related information.

Each bundle is purchased separately and will be easy to access. You will have six months access to any that you purchase.
